The agreement between the parties to “try to develop new agreements in a cooperative manner” with regard to their son`s educational expenses, “in case this document is no longer practicable”, was by nature permanent. A court should not grant a specific benefit “if it is impossible for the court to precisely define the concrete acts”. Consequently, the Court of Justice did not err in refusing to comply with the plaintiff`s request to comply concretely with the settlement agreement of the parties. .
